Proper render file metadata

Currently when you turn on all metadata in blender and you try to see it in windows file properties or another software like djv, it simply won't show metadata. Really unfortunate since other renderers support it, the only way I found to see the metadata is in blender itself with something like VSE.

In general blender render metadata could get some love :)
