Middle mouse + awsd navgination

Walk navigation works fine on its own, especially with gravity disabled. However I'm not a big fan of having to use a key combo every time I want to adjust my view.

When holding middle mouse click to the keyboard keys are disabled. So my suggestion is why not activate walk/fly navigation input when holding down middle mouse click to move forward/strafe with AWSD?

Edit: I should clarify that I mean middle mouse click stays as is, but when hitting AWSD it changes to walk navigation without gravity. Releasing middle mouse click stops navigation mode so you can jump back to the default movement.

AFAIK, MMB is used for rotating the view arround a point under the mouse cursor while walk/fly requires to rotate the view arround itself.

* @-L0Lock- * What stops the mode to change when you hit one of the navigation key though? Generally there is no known combo key with middle mouse click so it's completely viable.

* @sidartalei * Well it doesn't seem quite straightforward nor intuitive to me: You would need to start rotating your viewport first, then hit a key to "switch" your current viewport rotation mode to walf/fly mode. And by doing that you would also have lost your initial viewport position since you have to do a viewport rotation first, which might be an issue when accurate precision is needed.

* @-L0Lock- * not sure why you need to rotate your viewport first. Im suggesting controls stay as is. But you activate fly/walk faster. Your reasoning is falling short.

Im not saying it becomes the default to use fly/walk. Im suggesting we can access it faster. Middle mouse click remains the same without touching an extra key.
