I think you're going to have to provide a lot more detail about the feature you're proposing here. I'm assuming that you you mean you'd like to have a collection-like feature for the Video Sequencer, but if that's the case, you need to explain how you would expect that feature to work. You would also need to explain how what you're envisioning differs from
