Added options to quick favorites in the right click menu on outliner should work when mouse cursor is in 3d space

Stumbled upon this - probably will solve both of our problems - a Quick Favorites Editor where you can have all the things you want. Sadly it seems the interest died.
Same goes for the Auto Key toggle on the Timeline Editor. It's rather pointless if when added to quick favorites, the toggle only shows up in the Timeline window.
Design wise I don't think there is a easy fix though - e.g. Breaking current convention with a separate exception Quick Favorites for 3D view only? Does there not need to be other exceptions then? A configuration page that decides which quick favorite shows up in which Editor Type? The complexity seems rather unmanageable - but maybe someone smarter can come up with a elegant solution. I do hope so.
