Edit materials (reaction) from Display mode > Blender File

Right now in Display mode > Blender File we can select the elements on outliner tree, but these not reacting in any sense way, just for contex menu can be used. Want suggest, to made action if element is clicked to open right properties panel and bookmark

After click of material in Display mode > Blender File want see outline for all object that use this and listing the objects name in outliner (we can open View Layer as new Area with panel to have second outliner, then selected can be used to any work).

Contex menu: Edit can be fine to globaly edit selected material.
