Filling Vertex color in Sculpt mode

Vertex painting in Sculpt mode was introduced with the Paint brush, but it's still lacking many functions.

There needs to be a function named "sculpt.vertex_color_set", similarly to "paint.vertex_color_set" to be able to fill with one hotkey.
