add F9 menu "Pin button"

I’d like to suggest a small but impactful UI improvement for the F9 “Adjust Last Operation” panel: Could we add a “Pin” button (or toggle) to this panel so it stays open after viewport navigation or other actions? Currently, any interaction (like orbiting the view, clicking elsewhere, or even deselecting) causes the F9 panel to close—requiring users to press F9 again to tweak parameters. This interrupts workflow, especially during iterative modeling or precise adjustments. With a Pin option, users could: Keep the panel visible while navigating, Make multiple tweaks without re-triggering F9, Work more fluidly—similar to pinned panels in other creative software.
