UV Vertex/Edge Slide Operator

I was always wondering why we have Vertex/Edge Slide for 3D space, but we don't have same for UV space?

Example GIF - I do Edge Slide in model with UV Sync Selection mode. Look at UV result. Imagine same results achieved just by sliding in UV Editor.

As always - thanks for reading. Also you can check my other suggestions .

You want moving verts in the UV editor to move verts in 3d as well??? Who are the 39 people that voted for this? Why?

* @thinsoldier * Emmm ...I suggest to make operator which will allow us to "slide" UV vertex along UV edges. Basically - just adopt, existing for mesh, Vertex Slide/Edge Slide operators to work with UV's in UV editor. Sometimes such kind of operator, if it will be exist, may do what needed in best possible way instead of moving something manually or sculpting UV's. I suspect 39 (40 at the moment) people vote for this.

I showed this on GIF as example in such way because how else I can show it? Spent few days to animate it?
