Orginize Favorites Menu
It would be quite useful to be able to organize the order of the favorites menu. For the moment, for example, if you want to change the order of an option that is in the last spaces, you have to delete everything and return to add in the order you want.

The idea is good, perhaps add more detail to it. Eg where do you want to do it, how would it look like (where to place it in the preferences). The more details added the easier it will become to convert it to a ticket for a developer to pick up. I checked the codebase and don't think it is difficult to add. It would be a nice project for a community developer to get into Blender development.
