[SOLVED] Option to change X, Y, Z shortcuts for locking during transforms.
[EDITED] Solved bellow by @antti.tikka
I´m trying to change the X, Y, Z, shortcuts, usable after transforming something, usually using G, etc.
But after some trial and error, and extensive searches on the key binding panel, I'm a bit frustrated. There was no way to change those.
So, adding an option to change those shortcuts is what I propose.
Would gladly change to F5, F6, F7, since they are much more intuitive for me, and since they are "separated from the bulk" keys, its easier to press without looking at the keyboard.
No need to change the current keybindings , only add the option to do it.
Less important and besides that would be cool to have a shortcut that toggles between the selected axis and both non selected axis , like in 3Dmax, if I´m using X axis, and press F8 , both Y and Z axis will become active, if I kept pressing F8 , it will alternate between the 3 dual axis combinations **"X+Y", "X+Z" and "Y+Z"**
What do you guys think?
Thanks.

It is actually possible to change those shortcuts. In Input settings, go to 3D View -> Translate -> Transform Modal Map. There you'll see "Orientation Y Axis" and "Orientation Y Plane" etc. and you can change the shortcuts.
@antti.tikka: Thanks Antti.tikka
Either in 2.79 and 2.8 I was unable to find this "translate" nor the "Transform Modal Map".
Even the word "Orientation" just give 2 results, and its the Alt+Space and the Alt+Ctrl+Space Shortcuts.
Any Idea why its different for you?
@adriano.duna: I forgot that you need to add those options to the Transform Modal Map your self. If you scroll down in the Modal Map, there is "add new" button. After you have added a new entry, you can choose what you modify by it and set your hotkey.

Sorry for confusion, I had forgotten how it works. It's definitely not too obvious how you can customize those hotkeys. Personally, I don't like the defaults either.
@antti.tikka:
Antti.tikka You saved my life! Thanks for all.
I'm not sure if this helps and if it accordingly to your needs, but now what you could do is to press shift+z and it will constrain to x and y. Also shift + y will constrain to x + z etc.
@hperticarati:
I´m ok with using Shift+Axis, a single key for this is just an option in my sugestion. What I really need is to change X,Y and Z shortcuts, just that.
Changing this would be awesome yes. TrueSpace worked with hotkeys to lock, locking instead of limiting to would be nice.
