Option to frame camera bounds automatically when view dimensions change.

Add a toggle in view menu to allow camera frame fitting to happen automatically every time a view with camera is modified.

NOTE - this is not about manually running View > Cameras > Frame Camera Bounds - as it does not happen automatically.

I personally don't almost ever need any other way, for me camera frame should automatically 'scale' to fit the view always, as I often modify view sizes while working, so my camera view is almost useless as it drifts everywhere - it is either cropped, tiny or not centered.

If there is already a way to do this, then let me know.

This manual operation is just another unnecessary chore that should not be there.
