An Option to have new created Geometry automaticaly Smooth and Autosmooth

When creating new Objects they are always flat shaded. I personally don't like to set every new object again and again to smooth and autosmooth. The Idea is to have this two Options maybe in Preferences > Editing > Objects > New Objects. And maybe a third Option to set a custom Autosmooth Angle. I prefer most of the Time 47°. But that way everybody can set its own prefered Angle. What do you think?
