get back usefull shortcuts
Alt C one shortcut for convert to Curve / mesh /grease pencil menu Ctrl T / Alt T add remove track (same menu with 3 entries)
I don't understand they are telling they want to save shortcut but they delete common menu
ctrl shift alt c set origin menu. ok this is complex and? if you don't like it, never use it... so existing or not? what the difference? well existing was better 4 some people...
a programmer told, a context menu, this is in the right clic,
so they changed W by right clic.
but, with right clic, you can select unselect (toggle select),
and drag it to do a select box. so adding ctrl, with the drag, you have delete selection. and with shift extend selection. that's super quick and intuitive when modeling.
sometime pure logic is not the best...practicing is different
after, you can organize other things to move the cursor...
alt right shift, alt right to snap it ...
but, what make me dream, they deleted shift ctrl mousescroll, to view roll by angle. and it can be very precise to orientate the view. a guy did an addon, to do the same under 2.8. lol still existing, just a configuration of shortcuts...
another big thing, clic on nothing to unselect. wow when modeling you miss your vertex the selection is lost. ctrl Z youhou... I just don't do this, I unselect right clicking ^^
millions of users and I'm the strange one. lol
I'm redoing the keymap for a fresh version
because, some new shortcuts are not added well to what existed. but they stopped to delete all shortcuts, with a new version. better...but never never forget to save this shortcuts dude.
so If you wonder how to find still existing menu hidden somewhere in blender, that's simple you take an old version and do this for 4 or 5 hours yea ^^
and this is a non exhaustive list. much longer but ok I wrote already to much.

this isn't a proposal so much as a general wall of gripe text that is A) very hard to follow due to the rambling nature of it, and B) better suited for a forum somewhere (if even there).
I'd recommend channeling your frustration into a well-thought-out proposal and give it another go after you've had some time to consider actionable solutions.
Just map 'em as you like
