Grease Pencil : Jump to keyframes in all layers.

in Blender 2.81, the Up or Down arrow keys to jump to keyframes takes into account only the keyframes in the active Grease Pencil Layer. It would be nice to have a feature to enable jumping to every keyframe in every layer.

Keyframe Channels Just a heads up, I was wondering about this too and if you View>Uncheck "only keyframes from selected channels" you can use the up and down arrow key to jump to any keyframe
