Make keymap presets independently editable

The issue right now is when you make a change to a preset, it applies that change to all presets. It's not intuitive at all.

I propose making keymap presets separate from each other so when you change or delete a keybind that change only apples to the preset you are editing. Save changes. Done.

btw this is bug and there is no progress on it at least for 4 years as of today: projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/86228

I don't understand what problem you're describing. If it behaved as I'm reading your description, there would be not point of having presets as they'd all be the same keymap. And this certainly is not the case.

This is what I've done and if you follow along you should see the same issue:

1. Select a keymap preset from the dropdown menu that you want to make changes to.
2.Delete or modify a keybinding.
3.Switch to another preset in the dropdown menu and test it. You will see your change has been applied to all other presets.

I believe you have to export and import every time you want to make a change to a keybind preset or it won't save separately but it's so unintuitive people think it's a workaround for bugged presets...
