[Video Sequence Editor] Option for pitch-correct audio on speed change
Currently, we can change audio speed (Strip > Retiming > Set Speed, or "R" keyboard shortcut), but this will change the tone of the audio as well. Suggestion is to be able to speed-up or slow-down the audio without changing the pitch. Ideally both behaviours should be supported.
For reference: in Audacity, that'd be the equivalent of "Change Speed" vs "Change Tempo".

It has been fixed on 5.0 (or 4.5, I'm not interiirly sure), and a new "Pitch Modifier" has been added on 5.1.
Maybe we could also have a way to change pitch without changing audio duration (with a slider)? Then we could have the "correct pitch on audio speed change" as an option under this slider in the Sound panel.
