Color pickup option in draw tool.

In Brush settings, Advanced Options, for there to be Color Pickup and its Rate.

• Color Pickup would determine the strength.
• Rate would control on what every other spacing it would pick up the values, depicted as 1/1, 1/2, 1/4 and so on.

Color Pickup averaging of pixels within the brush size and the Falloff Curve i suppose.. Not sure of the best method. More so considering 3d object texture painting.
