Multicamera suffixes should be prefixes (at least optional)

When Using multicamera setup with suffix, the camera-suffix will be added to the end of the filename - after the framenumber! This prohibits software like after effects from recognizing image sequences, but instead, (if you numbered your cameras) AE will recognize all cameraperspectives of any one frame as a sequence. the workaraound is to render to .avi, which means either uncompressed or jpeg compression, but rendering to png with alpha for example won't work.

How To fix: allow the Camera Suffix to be a PREfix - so filenames end on the frame number and other software can recognize sequences
