Collection window interface

I love collection, and if there's a bit of change I think it will make quite easy to manipulate the scene more.

With "m" it shows up popup window without selecting object, and then there's check box to hide and show for each in 3D viewport, so we don't need to move to outliner. If you have geo selected you can move to collection like we have now.
