Blender 5.x VSE - Strip modifier "Audio falloff"

'Echo' and 'Pitch' modifiers do alot for never having to open external program.

An 'Audio falloff' modifier gives 3D-speaker functionality directly to a strip (Either replaces or modifies a strip's 'volume' property).

'Set inverse' could act like a 'Set forward' where the direction of the logical 3D speaker is set to point toward the viewer from the target's world location (active camera/viewport view) at time of button press,

and transforms in target would act like child_of so 'cone', doppler and spatial calculations relative to view still work.

It saves some clicks from having to bounce between NLA editor and having to cut audio clip into smaller files externally to then put on several speakers, since the NLA's audio trigger requires a file to play in full.

A 'Copy modifier to selected strips' function is welcome in this case.
