Allow dragging Workspace tabs
In the current blender 2.8, it's impossible to move and organize workspaces, I think the option click and drag to move a given workspace should be added.

This is planned and will be implemented.

Update: it is officially planned as a "Medium term" in the User Interface Module's roadmap:

this gets my vote, so far i always numbered them to get some ordering going
