Treat Active Tool Tab for Grease Pencil Like a Compact Version of a Basic Digital Painting Soft (Ex: Color pallets are included)

Hello. I would like to request for some additional features in the active tool section for the grease pencil. The Idea is to include more of the basic elements of the digital painting tools like the color palettes, color selection and blending modes.

The best place to locate these features would be in the active tool tab or the N(properties) hotkey where it will have its own separate tab like the 2.79 version.
