Snap to Point Cloud

As Point Cloud is supported object type in Blender and is becoming more and more popular for different workflows (LIDAR data, Photogrametry Data, Simulations, ...) please add it as an option for Blender's Snap Functionality while modeling and working in the 3d Viewport
