Improve file dialog filter

The file dialog filter gives wrong results if you want to filter with an own wildcard in your search. For example a filter like "1*.png" should only give files back that starts with "1" and ending with ".png". But the filter it assigns by default wildcards at start and end and gives unwanted result back.

If the user insert a wildcard into the filter string, the filter function should not assign his default wildcards.
