ability to change group external property order without changing group interior property order.

sometimes you get your nodes all wired up and then decide it might make more sense for the user to have the interface properties ordered differently.

Can't really do this at the moment without having to move all the inner wiring around to accommodate the re-ordering.

best solution would be once tabbed out of the group, to have the ability in the item menu to drag the properties around to change their order on the outside only. Tabbing back inside the group would reveal the property order hasn't changed.
