Use different hotkeys (non CTRL) for Snapping and Discrete Transform

Now, if I scale an object in front of another object while holding CTRL, then the deformable object not only changes its size with discrete values but also sticks to objects in the background. This is not the desired behavior. Perhaps you should use another hotkey to discreet transform? Alt or Ctrl+Alt. It is unlikely that the situation requires transformation and snapping at the same time.
