Lerp for Geometry and Material Nodes
Add an option or new node to do Linear Interpolation in Nodes, maybe add to the
Math
and
Vector Math
nodes.
The value can be already calculated with A + t(B - A), this would just reduce the node count needed.

So, should this be marked as In Development? Im not sure, since what will be added is a new node, and this idea was for adding to the Math and Vector Math nodes. I think I can manipulate the title a bit to mark it as In Development.
For those who couldn't find this like me: It's now called Mix: Float/Vector
Can this be considered done? Interpolation nodes have been added.
I personally use the color mix node for vectors but yeah, a proper lerp for floats would be appreciated.
The problem with the Mix RGB is that it clamps the factor, that means that it can't extrapolate values. But if what's desired is just to interpolate, Mix RGB is the simplest way.
Oh yeah you're right, totally forgot about extrapolation.
