Synchronize properties changes across 3d viewports and workplaces

There should be option to change 3D Viewport properties like Viewport Gizmos and Overlays across all it windows by holding ALT just like properties for multiple objects instead of going into each individual one.

Along with ability to lock them for when creating new one, it's tedious to constantly enable things like object gizmo for every new 3D Viewport and workplace.
