Tool for draw smooth, beautiful lines, with mouse or pen tablet
This concept is not new, the first time I tried it was in shareware that came with the installation CD of a scanner I bought in 2001. I recently experimented with some open source program that I can not remember the name of.
You rely on a type of flexible rope that is stuck between the stroke you are drawing and the arrow of the mouse, it absorbs the drag noise preventing it from being transferred to the drawing making it much more smooth and elegant.
I searched for software that does this to exemplify and for now I found the Lazy Nezumi Pro, Hej Stylus! and Silky Shark

* @TheRedWaxPolice * I was very excited about this and at the same time embarrassed by my ignorance. I've looked at thousands of video tutorials and I'm reading everything about grease pencil and it seems that nobody knows this, because it's simply impossible not to realize the usefulness of it.
* @mauricio.lucas * This is so old feature, that nobody mention it. It works for all types of brushes (2d, sculpt, GP)
