Objects & Elements
As u all know there is a function in 3DS Max and some other programs, to either select Vertices / Edges / Faces and Elements. This is such a powerful option and missing in Blender.
With that option u don't need to link subobjects like legs or little parts to ur objects to animate them.
Would be great to see the feature implemented in the near future.

This proposal is unclear. How would this work in Blender? What would the workflow look like? What steps would a Blender users take to make selections like these? How does this differ from the selection capabilities already available in Blender?
It's not sufficient to say you want a feature like in another program. You need to describe the feature in detail and explain how it might fit in Blender's way of doing things.
Don't assume everyone knows something about other programs, because a lot of people never used anything but Blender or don't have enough experience with other softwares. And basically, not everyone knowns what's in your head anyway.
From my experience in 3DS Max and Maya, I think that what you are talking about is equivalent in Blender's Object Mode, or " select linked " within an object via L shortcut.
Nothing to add more in Object mode I guess, but in edit mode, that would be nice to have something like we already have in the UV Editor :
I suppose that's what you want ? A selection mode just for linked mesh/whatever selection ?
This would be similar to the already existing L shortcut which selects the linked mesh under the mouse cursor, bit in a selection mode instead, like in the UV Editor.
