add motion blur in VSE
could be enabled through the VSE render-EEVEE checkbox + per strip at the end of the transform list.

An even better thing imho would be to be able to use compositing nodes on specific strips. That would bring motion blur to the VSE with any level of granular control you'd want, plus all the other great features that come with it. Some other great industry softwares do this and it's amazing.
