Image Editor basic shapes

Add basic shape tools to the Image Editor such as:

• selection (rectangle and lasoo) with copy/paste/move
• Rectangle
• Circle
• Line
• Cone
• Text

SHIFT would limit drawing to horizontal/vertical/diagonal. Prmary color would be line color and Secondary color would be fill color.
