Development Fund - Receive the donation receipts as a PDF by email

Backend option for Blender supporters to email the donation receipt to the supporter once a month as a PDF-document.

Why? It would save a few minutes for every Blender supporter who wants to book their receipts. Extrapolated to all Blender supporters, it is a lot of time that we could save.
