SUGGESTION FOR GREASE PENCIL: Better workflow shortcuts while drawing with pencil
When drawing with pencil using Grease Pencil, default shortcuts for 2D drawing/animation could be more like example in PS and Krita for better workflow.
I have these kind set with Grease Pencil Tools:
Pan = ALT + SHIFT + pencil drawing
Zoom = ALT + CTRL + pencil drawing
Canvas rotation = CTRL + SHIFT + pencil drawing

i was completely frustrated with hotkeys in multiple programs, every programs has different keys so i give a try to external key mapper like AutoHotkey which does the job in any program.
I agree with the below comment. Blender's hotkeys are (mostly) consistent across the board, from sculpting, to video editing, to node editing and animation; which is great for productivity and learning.
A lot of people struggle when companies like Adobe have different hotkeys across their softwares. For example, the cut tool in Premiere (C) is different in Audition (R), and that impedes productivity.
Luckily, we can customise hotkeys, and you can save presets of hotkeys for different modes of Blender. Go to Edit, Preferences, Keymap - click the little '+' button, name your preset as 'Grease Pencil Keys' (for example) and adjust the hotkeys for Pan, Zoom and Rotate.
Hope that helps!
I think, it's excaatly being different hotkeys, than more there isn't good workflow with default hotkeys while drawing 2D with grease pencil. When someone want draw first time, it would just nice that theres is nice workflow to draw and rotate/pan/zoom canvas.
But then it is inconsistent with the rest of Blender.
I thought, when Grease Pencil is coming bigger and better part of Blender all the time, so those would work also greatly also in other part of Blender.
One thing could be, that there would be in settings ready "Grease Pencil drawing" or something like that to choose.
