Perpindicular loop cut option

I am making a lot of building geometry and so I use inset a lot to create the rooms from my floorplan. My primary issue is that when I inset it creates trapezoids which cause loop cuts to bow out when doing loop cuts for windows, so the quads on the other side of a wall, are larger than the ones on the inside. What I'd like is a "Perpendicular" cut option which would always cut perpendicular to the edge the cut was started from.

So instead of getting this result where the loop cut is angled. Image

You'd instead get something like this where the loops are perpendicular to the edge(these are not perfectly perpendicular as I had to manually move them manually which isn't perfect but I think you can see what I mean)

I usualy add a loopcut snapped in the middle and bevel it after. Very quick and with all control that I need. Actual bevel is just one of the use cases of the Bevel tool.

Maybe you could make 2 loopcuts und straighten them so you have straight boundaries to make more loopcuts in between.

go to front view, Press K>C>Z, Now you can achieve the desired result.
