Set minimum radius/opacity for pressure sensitive brushes.

The title is pretty self explanatory. It would be nice to be able to set a minimum level of thickness and/or opacity in the brush settings. A similarly useful thing would he be the ability to set the pen pressure curve for each brush individually.
