Area Manager - Hide/Show Area by shortcut

The idea is to create Area Manager - Hide/Show Area by shortcut similar like T or N that can be easy hide show.

• Good reason for this is more to fast hide the outliner , properties and player

• With this option user can hove more areas, but hidden and when hide other then show other on this same tab in case outliner or object dock is in right position (we can imagine hidden on left some spreadsheet or other 3dViewport with other view, eg. wire-frame

• each dock can have option Hide ara by RMB context menu on header and in this place position to call Area manager window to show/hide with checkbox and names

• the ID of area for shortcut alt + F1 to F9 , etc. as manga reading style from up right to down
