Allow pasting hex color codes into color fields

When copying a color from Blender, it gives you RGB values - [n, n, n, n].
Pasting it back works fine, but pasting a hex code, from PureRef or the web, throws an error: "Paste expected 4 numbers, formatted: '[n, n, n, n]'"

Blender's color picker already has a hex input field — paste could simply route hex values there.
This would save 4 clicks compared to the current workaround of manually opening the color picker and typing into the hex field.
