Enable Input Node

In Geometry Nodes, there is a node named Enable Output which determines whether or not an output must be shown based on a switch.

I propose there also be an Enable Input node, as currently it is very difficult to neatly show or hide inputs in the geometry nodes modifier interface based on certain conditions.

This would be a great addition. For simply being able to hide inputs based on (basic) Switch status. As hiding works only with Menu Switch, which is inconsistent, IMO.

But it would allow all kinds of interesting stuff. For example, set some safety limit for particle count, and when that is exceeded, only then show the option to disable that limit.

Sadly, I read somewhere that this kind of behavior might not be implemented, as it wouldn't be consistent with how the Blender UI generally shows/hides stuff, and it might confuse the user. I do disagree with that point of view. I think the asset author should have the decision on how its UI works.
