New 2.81 Sculpting Cursor and Resizing Brush Should Work Together

The new sculpting cursor in 2.81 dynamically parallels the surface of objects it hovers. Although, when a user resizes the brush this cursor animation does not occur. This suggestion is that this new parallel cursor feature work when resizing the brush.

I can think of three possible settings while resizing brush:

1. (pre-2.81) Sculpting Cursor is parallel to view
2. (2.81) Sculpting Cursor parallels hovered object.
3. Both cursors viewed simultaneous. (One cursor may need to be another color, contain transparency or have different line style such as dotted to help viewing differentiation.)

It might be useful to see the metric diameter near the cursor when resizing the surface cursor as well. This would keep a user grounded in real world dimensions. I know the measure tool does this, but this might a quicker way while sculpting to do a fast measure.
