Nodegroup tooltips

As easy as looking at the picture. This should be intended as an integration for this ( rightclickselect.com/p/ui/Vfbbbc/more-options-for-complex-nodegroup-layouts ).

EDIT: The use for this is when you create a complex nodegroup (especially if you're going to share or sell it) and want to have an explanation for all the sliders you set up. Of course, in case of empty field no-tooltip would show up.
