Dedicated Render Result editor/panel/window

Instead of re-using the Image Editor/UV Editor for showing the final render image there should be a dedicated window/panel/editor just for that.

In addition to the pan and zoom buttons there should be a button to "render current frame" which looks at the scene timeline and renders that frame. Also add a "re-render current image" which looks at what frame was used to render the current image and re-renders that frame instead of the frame the scene timeline is set to.

An then of course all the myriad other render window features from other programs that people have been asking for since time immemorial:

save as and other useful menu items in right click menu

drag a box to rerender only that part of the image without erasing the rest of the already rendered image

adjust opacity of current render slot for comparing it with the next render slot

change current render slot blend mode to difference for comparing it with the next render slot

open the window at a minimum size so that all the controls in the header can be accessed without having to first manually resize the window

better formatting of the various meta/techical info: frame, last render time, current render time, memory, view later, etc

embedding such information in the metadata of the image file itself. For example you open an old blender file and render it and it looks different from the jpg you rendered 2 years ago. If you could open that jpg in blender and have blender tell you exactly which camera, in which scene, in which view layer, and how many samples were used, blender version etc... that would be very helpful.

then add to the metadata also the path of the blender executable that was used. its easier to organize instead of the GIT build numbers
