Outliner filter options - Saving settings is needed.
We need to to improve filter options for the Outliner We should have at least option to turn off collection - in filter and (SAVE SETTINGS FOR IT). Hir is example what I mean. When we don't have collection filter mode on - we can see hierarchy of our scene, What objects are parents and what are its children but in collection mode we only see plain list of objects which for me is almost entirely useless.
Bay the way Is it only me or does anybody else think that Empty - object should be used and named as a Group?

Would Like to add one more suggestion, It would be Awesome if we could Save Filtering Setting of The Outliner through - Save Startup File.
Re: renaming Empty to Group- Nope! :) Empty currently has tons of other use cases besides just being a parent. It's an IK target! It's a look target! It's a background image overlay that doesn't get rendered! If anything, Empty has only become more versatile in 2.8.
@warpzone32: As I have writen in previously post, my main objective is to be able to save filtering options settings in Outliner, for better management of the scene, so in response to your concern Let me rephrase a little my second sentence, we don't really need to rename Empty to Group, we only need to expand its functionality - so that we can be able to add modifiers to its children, by placing it on The Empty - object.
