Grease Pencil - Fill tool CTRL pick color

Pressing CTRL in ''draw'' mode with the grease pencil currently switches it to a right click lasso select (doesn't select anything? :} )

Having it change to an eyedropper to select the pixel color underneath the mouse and set that color as the fill color would more intuitive. It would be useful quickly sample a camera background image reference or from another filled stroke for the fill color.

(or even just CTRL left click for eyedropper)
