tooltips for UI text elements such as labels.

It would be really handy to be able to add tooltips to standard text elements such as box.label. Or perhaps to ensure users know there's a tooltip available for them, a tooltip icon such as an 'info' tooltip that looks like a question mark or some such.

I do understand why one would want such thing, but the thing is: from a user perspective, text is just text, nobody would ever expect to be able to have a tooltip when hovering any piece of text.
What we can see on websites and some software, is text that can be interacted with have a specific formatting to indicate there's something particular. And for tooltips, it's often a form of formatting close to links, like a dashed underline with a slightly different color or mass.
So, I think for such thing to work, it would require to also have a specific formatting for any text that have a tooltip.
perhaps a tooltip icon would be good.
