2.8 Proposal: Warning on Exit Dialog
The warning dialog that comes up when you hit Blender's close button by accident could use a little love. I've outlined (with screenshots!) what I think could be done to make this another world class feature for Blender.

I've been chasing around for the last two months trying to find out where to put in proposals. It's not easy to track down. I thought I found it last week and I put this same notice up on a 2.8 wiki page that said it was for 2.8 proposals. A few days later, the entire wiki page got scrubbed clean.
At least here on this site/page, it was noticed. As long as it gets looked at by the team, I'm happy.
@Pablo Vazquez: Also warn when you close the console window. Or better - closing the console windows should not close Blender as it does now.
One other thing...
Is this the proper forum to which to bring proposals? If not, I'd really appreciate a link to the right one along with a quick not explaining anything I need to know or be to get access.
