Grease Pencil: More Z order functions.

By Z-order, I mean the stacking order for strokes that are on the same 3D plane and on the same grease pencil layer. Now for the feature proposals...

Selection:

1-Select all strokes in front or behind a selected stroke.

2-Select more/less strokes in forward and backward direction.

3-Select all strokes between two selected strokes by Z- order.

Arrangement:

Stack selected strokes together at the Z-position of the last selected stroke (sending all other strokes behind or in front of the selection).
