User Preferences Sticky menu Row
it would be nice if the menu options in the user preferences would somehow be staying when scrolling down in the preferences so one does not need to scroll all the way back up to switch to an other section. maybe changing it to the way other windows work in blender like the properties panel would probably work great.

There is a proposed design that tackles this issue by having the sections in the sidebar.
