5.1 CTRL + ALT + Q cursor hover on border should behave the same as hovering on center

Blender 5.1. When doing the crtl + alt + q shorcut, we got a new feature where we can resize the view by hovering on the center, In the image I provided with the red lines, when mouse cursor hover on those lines. Views should behave the same as hovering on center.
