Proposal to have a consistency-check on the underline-type hotkeys

There are hotkeys that you assign or change via keymap and I don't mean that kind. There are also index-based hotkeys which are incidental to the position of an item on a menu and while it would be nice to have version-to-version long-term consistency there I think that's a bit much to ask and so that's not really the kind of hotkey I mean. shortcut, hotkey, I'm not sure the terminology if there ever is one, but the underlined letters kind. That's what I mean.

For example, in a 3d view, when I add an axis empty the sequence pressed could be written as shift+a,e,a ( shift+a for the add menu, e for empty, a for axis )

And that, thankfully has not changed in ages.

Recently, adding various types of nodes changed in this regard, which leads to a certain fear in the long term blender user, that if this is just arbitrary, what SECURITY is there in this investment of time into muscle-memory? This is the very foundation of what blender is to so many people. A trusted edifice of reliable patterns. I'm just putting this here in the hopes that someone will pick up on it, what I'm trying to say, ultimately, in these few words.

I don't know if this is something hard coded or if it's auto-generated by one of the interface libraries during compilation. I have noticed that the same blender version will differ under windows and linux for which sequence of letters will bring forth which node, for example, and that leads me to think this is something governed at a level probably inside the innards of a dependency which just isn't being manually configured, thus the output is arbitrary or best-guess-from-some-string-of-letters-which-one-to-use.

It really would be nice, if Blender had this to be very consistent over the long term. Really nice.
